現代に人間として生きてる以上、誰かの役にたたないと生きていけないっていう

原理は分かるけど、別に絶対会社で働く必要もないわよね。

「ああ、会社やめたい」っていう友人がいるけど、わたしのアドバイスは

「あ、そう。じゃあ、やめちゃえば？」

それだけ。

だいたい長い人間の歴史、女が働きだした（今の働くの概念よ、オフィスとかで）
なんて５０年もたってないでしょ。

会社とか、経済とか、今の世界をシナリオを書いたのは男よ。

会社のシナリオを書いてるのも（経営者）だいたい男でしょ？

男が演じると期待されてる役に女が無理して就くから

生理が止まったり、ヒゲが生えたり、喋り方が男っぽくなるのよね。

女脳で男の思考をしようとしても厳しいわよ。

女が女らしくいられない時代ならそんなのはクソクラエよ。

違和感を感じてるなら辞めちゃえばいいじゃないの？

「将来が不安？」

将来なんて誰も見えないんだから不安にきまってんじゃない。

来るかも分からない将来を心配してるなら、今の自分を心配した方がいいわよ。

少なくとも、他のストーリーを探すべきね。

毎日自分の趣味を本気で極めた方が結果的にお金になるわよ。

あなたらしくいられないストーリー（会社）は

今すぐやめたらどう？

I understand the concept that as modern-day people we feel like we couldn't live if we didn't make ourselves useful to somebody, but nobody ever said it had to be working for a company.

I have a friend that says, "Oh, I SO want to leave the company." My advice to her is: "So, why don't you quit?" 

That's all.

Looking back at our long human history, women have only been going to work for what, the past 50 years? (I mean in the way that they work now, in an office).

It is men who created companies and the economy; they are still the ones writing the world's story. The ones who are responsible for creating the scenario in companies (economists) are also usually men, aren't they?

Women are struggling to work in positions that are expected to be filled by men. Then their monthly periods stop, they start growing chin hair and their communication style becomes masculine. It is very hard to try and think in a manly way with a female brain.

If this is a time when women cannot live with their femininity, then to the hell with it. If you feel a sense of estrangement, then why don't you just leave?

"The future is uncertain."

No one can foresee the future, so of course it's uncertain. If you are worried about a future that may come, you should worry about yourself now.

At least you should look for another story. If you spend your everyday doing something you are really interested in, ultimately it will be profitable. 

So why don't you? If you're in a story (company) where you shouldn't be, how about quitting your job?
